Role Description

 

KELA/KMNT Radio/Centralia is looking for an outgoing, career minded Account Executive to join our sales team.  Full time position with excellent pay, monthly bonus plan, health benefits package including dental and vision, 401 K, vacation and sick leave. A successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to collaborate with business leaders and organizations (small and large) to develop robust and effective long-term marketing programs.  These programs may and often do include audio, visual, social media, event, and promotional components.  A successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing programs designed to maximize sales revenues and achieve revenue goals set forth by the company.

Responsibilities include creating solution-based opportunities utilizing our two radio stations and digital platforms.  Verbal, written and presentation skills are a must along with strong time management abilities and process-minded thinking.   Bicoastal Media is the Northwest’s largest radio network that values teamwork and collaboration.  Media experience helpful but not required.
