Bicoastal Media is looking for a Sales Manager in our Lakeport/Ukiah market to take our sales team to the next level! This is a selling Sales Manager position. If you have radio, media, or sales management experience, apply today! Digital Sales is a plus! Our radio stations offer a great opportunity for the right candidate to be extremely successful! Responsibilities

  • Sales Manager is responsible to oversee the sales staff, generate sales and maintain accountability.
  • Sales Manager will work closely with sales staff to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Sales Manager will be responsible for engagement in weekly reporting, weekly Sales Meetings, and mentoring of Sales Team.
